ColorArmor is a multi-layer print technology that protects graphics from the inside out instead of relying on a thin surface coating. Standard outdoor prints typically begin to fade within 12 to 18 months as UV light breaks down ink pigments and surface clearcoats crack or peel. ColorArmor solves this by driving solvent-based inks into a technical textile substrate, then sealing the print beneath a flexible, UV-blocking 2K clearcoat. The result is a single fused composite that keeps custom graphics vibrant for the long haul, with color performance backed by an up to 10-year warranty.

• Technical textile substrate using premium PVC-coated woven fabric and mesh, selected for the specific application and environment
• Plasticizer-blocking primer that prevents the breakdown between ink and fabric that causes conventional vinyl graphics to fail over time
• Deep-penetration ink application from specially modified printers that anchor pigment inside the material rather than on top of it
• Encapsulating 2K clearcoat with UV absorbers and stabilizers that resists fading, cracking, graffiti, dirt, and harsh cleaning chemicals
• Independently verified performance, tested by TÜV-TNO and the COT Institute to ISO color-fastness standards, with 5,000 hours of accelerated UV exposure equal to roughly 10 years of sunlight
